Returns and Exchanges
All of our products, except for closeouts, have a 30-day guarantee. All sales on closeout items are final. All items must be returned in new and unused condition with all parts, original tags, and packaging materials within 30 days of purchase. For returns resulting from damaged merchandise or our errors in shipment, Adrenaline Tri-Sport, LLC will refund actual shipping costs shown on UPS label or postage. If a product has been used, you must call or email Adrenaline Tri-Sport, LLC for a return authorization at 1.866.883.5432 or orders@adrenalinetrisport.com . Our policy is to only accept returns on used items if there is a defect. If requesting an exchange, we pay USPS or ground shipping on the new item being sent to you, but you are responsible for all return shipping to Adrenaline Tri-Sport, LLC. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your exchange/refund. Restocking fees apply to some items.A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returned bike travel cases, trainers, bikes, framesets, and wheels. Adrenaline Tri-Sport accepts returns only on unopened DVDs. If the DVD is defective, it can only be exchanged for another of the same DVD. All special orders are final sales.Special orders are items we order from our suppliers at the request of a customer, but do not normally stock in our inventory. Special orders include custom bikes and frames.
Within the first 30 days, please follow these procedures to ensure a prompt replacement or refund:
Return package in a sturdy carton via insured US Mail or UPS.
Include a note stating purchaser's name, phone number, address, reason for return, item to be exchanged if applicable, and date of purchase.

Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
If an item has a defect which does not appear within the first 30 days, please email orders@adrenalinetrisport.com or call 1.866.883.5432 for a return authorization. Adrenaline Tri-Sport reserves the right to refuse processing of a return if the item appears damaged due to misuse.

Shipping
Adrenaline Tri-Sport, LLC is able to ship all of our items except for Felt bicycles, which must be picked up in-store according to Felt Racing retailer policies. We currently ship throughout the 50 United States via UPS (United Parcel Service). UPS does not ship to PO Box addresses; a street address is required. UPS does not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Therefore, Adrenaline Tri-Sport has the APO/FPO shipping method outlined in the following paragraph. Adrenaline Tri-Sport, LLC will typically ship in-stock items on orders placed prior to 2:00 PM MST the same day. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If an item is not available for immediate shipment, we will inform you. You may receive multiple shipments per order, but will not be charged an additional shipping charge for each shipment.
APO/FPO Shipping
Adrenaline Tri-Sport, LLC proudly supports our men and women in the military. Because UPS does not ship to APO/FPO addresses, we ship to APO/FPO addresses via the U.S. Postal Service. The UPS shipping rates shown during checkout may vary from actual USPS shipping charges, and additional costs may be added to insure the order. Packages must be 70 lbs. or less, and may not exceed 130 inches in combined length and girth. APO/FPO orders do not have shipping timeline guarantees. Adrenaline Tri-Sport, LLC is not liable for orders not received when shipped to APO/FPO addresses. If you do not receive your order, please contact us to track the package to the MPO. If the package did not get to the MPO, you may file a claim with the USPS. Holiday season shipments may be significantly delayed due to increased load on the MPO. Please note in the comments section of your order that you require the order to be shipped to an APO/FPO address.
Shipping Rates
Our system is integrated with UPS to calculate shipping charges based upon the shipping option you choose, the dimensional and actual weight of the package(s) in the order, and the UPS zone to which the order is shipped. Shipping charges for larger items such as bicycles will be based upon the calculated dimensional weight instead of the actual weight. A handling fee of 10% of the UPS shipping charge is added to the shipping cost to cover packing and handling expenses.
Order Tracking
If you provide an accurate email address with your order or when you set up your account with Adrenaline Tri-Sport, we will provide that email address to UPS. UPS will notify you of the tracking number via email when they receive the shipment and log it into their system, usually later on the day we receive your order.
In Store Pickup
If
you want to pick up your order at our retail store location in Niwot,
Colorado, please select the ‘Pickup in Store’ shipping method at
checkout. Orders requesting
in-store pickup will be ready after 2:00 pm the following business day.
We are happy to accommodate quicker pickup times if you would kindly
call us by phone to confirm the order prior to picking it up. Unless
special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up
within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.Customers may pick up orders in-store during business hours posted on the Contact Us page.
Shipping within the 50 United States
The following UPS options are available on orders being shipped within the 50 United States:
Ground - UPS Ground service may take from 1 to 6 business days depending on your location. Ground service is available for the 48 contiguous United States, which excludes Hawaii and Alaska. The following map shows UPS estimated Ground shipping times from Adrenaline Tri-Sport, LLC:
3-Day Select - UPS 3-Day Select service provides guaranteed delivery within 3 days for the 48 contiguous United States, which excludes Hawaii and Alaska.
2nd Day Air - UPS 2nd Day Air service provides guaranteed on-time delivery to all 50 states by the end of the second business day. Some deliveries to remote locations in Alaska may take an additional 1-5 days.
Next Day Air - UPS Next Day Air service provides guaranteed delivery by the end of next business day to all 50 states. Some shipments to remote locations, Hawaii, or Alaska may require additional transit time.
These shipping options are based on business days. Adrenaline Tri-Sport and UPS process orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. The day an order is processed does not count as a shipping day.
Free Shipping Promotions
When Adrenaline Tri-Sport, LLC offers free shipping promotions, they exclude coupons and other site promotions and apply to shipping within the United States only. Orders receiving the free shipping promotion will ship when all items in the order are available to be shipped.
