To describe Roger, Gail and Adrenaline Tri Sport as anything other than
simply the WORLD'S BEST TRIATHLON SHOP would be a wrong. From their
knowledge, service, selection of great [tri gear] to Roger and Gails super great
personalities they make for an enjoyable experience and a awesome
team. I wish we could photo copy the shop, roger, and gail to put in
all 50 states!!! I bought a FELT DA (there first or second bike
sold) from them about a year and a half ago while living in Colorado,
and I will tell you that while I now live in Mississippi Roger has
taken the time with me via phone to fix issues and help me get the most
of My bike. This approach is opposite of most shops and retail stores
that abandon you after you drop money on items. Roger instead has
called me to check on things even after he has spent an hour on the
phone describing how to fix something. It is a testament to the type
of people you are dealing with when you see how they will bend over
backwards for a customer. I wish you and your shop all the best!!! We
here in the South East are Jealous of Niwot, Colorado for having you both there. THANK YOU for helping me out so many times.

I had a professional tri bike fit early this season, but never felt
comfortable on my bike afterwards. I went to Adrenaline Tri-Sport for
help and Roger started from scratch with the F.I.S.T. fit system. Roger
listened to my input during each change, and meticulously transferred
the final modifications to my tri bike. The difference is amazing, and
I’m now able to ride for 7 hours in comfort. . .

Roger, thanks for the road bike fit this past week. I can't
believe how changing a few positions could make so much of a difference
to my performance . My power is a good 10-15 watts better (on the low
side) since coming in, and the new saddle height and position change
really engages my whole pedal stroke now. With such a quick
improvement I am sure I can look forward to even bigger performance
gains as my muscles adjust to the new set up. I will be sure to tell
all my tri friends how a good bike fit can increase your power/speed
more than a set of the latest wheels or aero gear.

I especially want to thank you for recommending Roger and Gail
Matherly. I went to them for help reassembling my bike after flying it
in from San Diego, and they were incredible. They worked on my bike for
an hour, cleaning and fitting, including 30 minutes after closing, and
only charged me $60 for the whole thing. I came to Colorado by myself,
and left feeling like I had friends-everyone I met was so incredibly
helpful and friendly. . . .

Roger and Gail: (please forward this to the people that helped us
at FELT) As corporate America continues to put more and more pressure
on profit and less time focusing on customer service (i.e. the
challenge of actually speaking with a real person from my healthcare
provider is next to impossible) it's rare to find a company that
exceeds service expectations both before, during and after a purchase.
Two companies have just moved to the top of my list in this department:
Adrenaline Tri-Sport and FELT. After a multiple year layoff from the
sport of triathlons, I jumped back into the sport in 2006. I had quite
a bit of catching up to do on new ways of training and especially new
technology in the cycling industry. As I began to search for a new
tri-bike, I was surprised that many of the shops in the Boulder
area were not focused on triathletes and generally the sales people
spoke in a language I did not understand. I was lucky to begin talking
with Roger and Gail at Adrenaline Tri-Sport in March and
they spent quite a bit of time talking about my training and goals for
racing, and then zeroed in on the bike fit. Once the bike fit
was complete, we discussed a couple different options and ultimately
settled in on a FELT frame. The bike arrived a couple weeks before my
first race of the season and about a month before my A race - a half
ironman in Hawaii. After a couple fantastic rides, a piece
holding wiring for the gearing broke. Roger quickly called FELT (which
was five days before my first race), and the national rep told Roger to
overnight the bike back to California so they could complete the repair
and make sure to have it back before the race on Saturday. Once the
bike arrived at FELT's facility in California, without any direction
from me or Roger, FELT noticed an issue with the bike they were not
happy with and decided (on the spot) to send a new frame out the next
day. A had my bike for the race on Sunday and for my A race in Hawaii.
After six months of hard training, this situation could have turned
into a major problem. Both Adrenaline Tri Sport and FELT bent over
backwards to have my bike ready for me when I needed it, and the hard
work and concern by all made me feel like I was on the Slipstream-Chipotle
Pro Team. Thank you for all of your efforts, and most importantly - the
bike is awesome!!!!!!
